Located in the heart of modern Johor Bahru, Thistle Johor Bahru’s meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions facilities include state-of-the art function and meeting rooms. The largest function room, the Orchid Ballroom, seats up to 1000 people theatre-style, making it suitable for large conferences, tradeshows, exhibitions, banqueting and as a wedding venue. It can also be divided into three smaller spaces if required, each seating 200 to 250 people.

The hotel has seven further meeting rooms, which can be hired in any combination and layout you require for board and team meetings, training sessions, presentations, interviews and private dining for parties of up to 50 guests.

All meeting rooms come fully equipped with LCD projector and screen, free Wi-Fi connectivity, dedicated events team, stationery, bottled water and light snacks.

Orchid I, II and III is our pillar less Ballroom which offers an elegant atmosphere for meetings, events, conferences and conventions of any size. You will have access to free Wi-Fi, latest equipment incorporating the newest in presentation capabilities.

Our meeting rooms are Hibiscus, Alamanda, Ixora, Rafflesia, Jasmine, Dahlia, Seroja, Kenanga and Arondina Rooms.
